Clevercar provides consulting and support services for vehicle imports. We are not a car dealership, nor do we resell vehicles. Our mission is to make the import process easier for our clients by handling the associated bureaucracy and logistics.
As such, Clevercar assumes no liability for the state or condition of imported vehicles. Our liability is limited to the correct execution of the contracted import services. Any matter relating to the condition, warranty or defects of the vehicle is the sole responsibility of the original seller or the manufacturer.
All personal data we request from you is strictly necessary to provide the various services you request from us. We comply with the legal framework in force regarding data protection, including the new GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation – Regulation EU 2016/679).
Under no circumstances do we transfer the personal data we collect to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.
